IQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G Design
Design-wise it is a bigger phone IQoo Neo 7 Pro comes with a 6.78” AMOLED Display, using it with a single hand is quite challenging. The front side of the phone is flat and the back side is slightly curved, Fearless Flame color comes with a leather finish which makes IQOO NEO 7 Pro 5G look Premium. The frame is made of plastic materials.
IR blaster and secondary mic are placed on the top, on the bottom side we have a SIM tray, USB-C Port, and secondary speaker on the right side we have volume buttons and power buttons.
IQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G Display and Sound
6.78” AMOLED Disply has 120Hz refresh rate and 1300nits of brightness. The display has a Resolution of FHD+ and supports HDR10+ content on Netflix and youtube. It produces decent colors but for me, the whites look slightly warmer and there is an option to calibrate display colors to your liking.
An optical fingerprint scanner is provided, I haven’t faced any issues while unlocking with my registered thumb and also it unlocks quickly.
The stereo speaker setup on IQoo Neo 7 Pro is loud enough. For me, the sound output is slightly basey and you can enjoy music with this setup. The hearing speaker is louder during calls so I have set the volume level to 70-80%.
IQoo Neo 7 Pro Camera Review
This phone comes with a triple camera unit a 50MP Main camera, 8MP Wide, and a 2MP Macro lens. There is a 16MP Selfie camera to take care of your selfie needs.
In good lighting, 50MP Main Camera captures detailed images and the resolution is also good. I liked the colors when capturing landscapes and trees, but the skin color looked a bit off the camera and needs improvement in this department. If you want to take pictures during nighttime or in low light conditions there is a Night mode. I will suggest you to take pictures of stationary objects or people other wise you will get blurry pictures because of the slow shutter speed. The 8MP ultrawide lens output is also similar to the main sensor. A 2MP Macro lens can be used to capture some close-up shots of flowers but don’t expect more from it.
In portrait mode sometimes the edges are detected perfectly, but sometimes it misses. if it misses then the missed area background blur will not be applied perfectly.
The 16MP Selfie camera is good you can take decent selfies, in fact, it performed better than the Oneplus 11R. But video recording of the front-facing camera is limited to 1080p resolution.
IQoo Neo 7 Pro comes with an OIS camera it can record videos up to 4k 60fps and supports stabilization. But the video has some crop when stabilization is turned on. The video output looks ok it has decent dynamic range, color, and stabilization.
Software
IQoo Neo 7 Pro comes with Funtouch OS 13 Based on Android 13, it comes with fewer bloatware apps compared to others and you can uninstall some of them if you don’t use them. My only complaint is it lacks some features compared to others. IQoo is promising 2 Major software apps and 3-year security updates.
IQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G Review Performance
Performance is the strongest point of IQoo Neo 7 Pro, this phone will get the most out of the Snapdragon 8+ Gen1. Neo 7 Pro (8/128GB) Got a score of 1011057, on Antutu Benchmark Test it beat phones like Nord 3 and 11R which are priced under 40k. On day-to-day usage, you don’t feel lag at all.
The phone is launched with a main focus on gamers on BGMI It will give Extreme (60 fps) on HDR graphic settings. I have tested it most of the time it delivered 55-60 fps during my gameplay. IQoo Neo 7 5G also has a feature called ‘Frame Rate Interpolation’ it will add additional frames while playing, you can turn it on from ‘Ultra Game Mode’. If you are looking for a gaming phone around 35k this is the one you should consider.
Battery
5000mAh Battery will give you enough juice for a full day if you are a moderate user. I have tested it with 100% brightness and I got 6 hours of screen-on time in 24 hours. I have played BGMI with 100% brightness and it lost around 17% battery in one hour. So gamers can expect 4 hours of game time.
Neo 7 Pro comes with a 120w flash charger which will fully charge the phone in under 30 minutes. So even a 15-minute charge will give you a day of charge.

IQoo has priced the Neo 7 Pro aggressively compared to the competition. The base model 8/128GB Version is priced under 35k you can get additional discounts during sales on Amazon. The top variant comes with storage of 12/256GB it is priced at 38k. IQoo Neo 7 Pro 5G is available in two colors Fearless Flame and Dark Strom.
